Your brief, in your hands.
Privacy.
When you send a brief, KGAMI collects your answers, any brand links or handles you share, your game choices, and your name, profession and personal Instagram if you share them, and the email address or phone/WhatsApp number you choose to leave. We also keep your consent and a session identifier so the same brief is not stored twice.
Why we keep it
Our team uses this information to understand your brand and contact you about your brief, game results and a tailored quote. If you use the feedback form, we store your note, optional name, email and consent to respond. We do not open your pages during the illustrated journey. A person reads them after you send your brief.
Your choice
Your answers and brand links stay in this browser while you explore. Nothing is submitted until you enter your contact details at the end, tick consent and send your final brief. The page confirms when a brief has been stored. If it cannot be sent, you can copy it and keep it yourself.
On your device
Your answers are saved in this browser so you can return after a refresh. A confirmed final send removes the saved draft from this browser. The keepsake remains on screen for you to copy. Every keepsake, sent or unsent, clears when you leave that page or after ten minutes without input. “Start a new brief” clears it immediately and creates a fresh session. Unsent drafts stay here until you start a new brief or clear this site’s browser data. After a successful first visit, public pages and assets may be cached on this device so a brief can reopen offline. The cache contains no submitted answers or contact details. Clearing this site’s browser data clears that cache too. Browser storage is separate from sending a brief to KGAMI. Changing a draft, unticking consent or clearing this device does not delete a brief already sent with consent; ask us to delete that submitted copy.
Storage and retention
Submitted briefs and feedback are scheduled for deletion after twelve months, through the next successful daily cleanup. Access to the lead export is restricted. We use a short-lived network address record to limit repeated submissions; it is not part of the exported brief.
Ask us to delete it
Email hello@kgami.co to ask KGAMI to delete a submitted brief. Include the contact address or number you supplied so we can identify the brief. Clearing your browser data removes the copy on this device.
